The interest rate as one of the most important economic fundamentals,the changes would be felt by the whole society causing huge economic balance, directly or indirectly.Therefore,the related researches are quite focus on the impact of interest rate marketing and coping strategies,but few people are concerned that it is greatly and directly affected to banking.This paper attempts to summarize reaches related to marketing-interest rates,drawing on international experience in marketing interest rates,combined with the process of marketing interest rates,interest rates marketing are analyzed in detail from the development of CHUXIONG Rural Credit Cooperatives business,and exploring the process of market-oriented reform of interest rates in the banking business countermeasures,to give advice to the Rural Credit Cooperatives in the process of marketization of interest rates to be correctly positioned and seize business development,and to provide a reference to protect the healthy development of China’s banking industry.
