This paper is mean to research the management and cost of services subcontractor, explore practical construction management and cost control method based on the main research point, establish the cost management system in accordance with the enterprise.First of all, according to the current situation of the cost management of labor subcontracting market, we find that there are some urgent problems to be solved in the market of labor subcontracting enterprises. Then, according to the specific circumstances of the enterprise, it is proposed to establish a cost management system, which includes three aspects: cost prediction, contract management and cost control.
