In the new normal economic situation, manufacturing industry started from "made in China" to "created in China" transformation. The competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, and the living conditions of the small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) face the unprecedented challenges. Enterprise strategy that as businesses operating guidelines plays a decisive role to build sustained combativeness.Therefore, the small and medium-sized enterprises urgent need to adapt to the environment through strategic change development. Dynamic capability is an kind of ability that quickly adapt to the environment changes through to the enterprise resource optimization configuration. However, empirical research literature of SEMs’ dynamic capabilities is very few compared with lots of the relevant literature. Based on this case,this paper researches the relationgship of enterprise behavior, dynamic capabilities and enterprise strategic change, hope to provide the reference for manufacturing strategy development and transformation of SMEs.The research content of this article is divided into basic theory, empirical research and the research conclusions and suggestions.In the aspect of basic theory, the paper puts forward the research background, research significance and research ideas, and defines the concept of enterprises behavior, dynamic capabilities and enterprise strategic change. In this paper, the enterprise behavior is divided into external behavior that is entrepreneurial orientation behavior and internal behavior that is market orientation behavior, then the paper constructes the whole theoretical relationship model, and puts forward the scale and hypothetical relationship of all variables.In empirical research part, the author designs questionnaire according to the design principles, and make useof the small sample survey data to modifications the questionnaire. Then, the paper uses SPSS21.0 and AMOS23.0 to do descriptive statistical analysis and validity analysis for survey data. Through the correlation analysis and regression analysis, we can conclude that market orientation behavior and entrepreneurial orientation behavior each dimension has a significant positive influence on dynamic capabilities and enterprise strategic change; dynamic capability has a significant positive influence on enterprise strategic change relations; dynamic capability palys partial intermediary role among the relationgship of market orientation behavior and entrepreneurial orientation behavior to enterprise strategic change. According to the inspection results, the author puts forward the development suggestion on manufacturing SMEs. Finally, the paper summarizes the main research conclusion, and puts forward the research prospect of the future.The paper is to provide theoretical reference for SMEs’ dynamic capability improving and strategic changing.
