Study On Life Cost Management For S Oilfield Based On Reservoir Management

As the oil and gas resources exploitation, most of the oilfield has been into the development of middle and later stage in our country, declining crude oil output. In order to meet China’s demand for oil, heavy oil development beginning to take shape, and become an indispensable means of energy supply in the future. Compared with the thin oil, special reservoir conditions, the viscosity of heavy oil, heavy oil development, with large investment, complex production process, production cost is high, the characteristics of faster development in the late cost as. Therefore, in the current enterprise cosi competition white-hot stage, how to grasp the development of heavy oil in different stages of production and operation rule, strengthening cost management of heavy oil development research, the current oil field have been the focus of the enterprise.Based on the reservoir operation and management of oil field enterprise strategic target, this paper introduces the whole life cycle theory, and the actuality of S oilfield development management and cost management problems in the process of detailed analysis, could be divided into five major heavy oil production system, mainly captures the heavy oil production cost of key nodes, using the cost drivers analysis and system research, the cost management theory combined with practical production of S oilfield enterprises, construct a set of including budgeting, cost control, cost accounting, cost analysis and performance evaluation of heavy oil development cost management plan, and put forward the scheme of application condition and safeguard measures.The construction of Oil field whole life cycle cost management mode to improve the efficiency of S oilfield exploitation of heavy oil reservoir, lower the cost of production of heavy oil, realization of S oilfield reservoir operation and management efficiency is of great practical significance.
