Internet economy has swept all over the world. The strategy of Internet plus came up by the government will make the internet which is open and integrated used in every territory,and it will make the Chinese economy to take off again. The theory of wind exit brought up by Li Keqiang emphasized the needs of the Internet. The internet economy has achieved mode subversion again and again relying on the spirit of innovation and the motivation of science and technology.R&D expenditure is a key variable determining the extent of the internet economy development, and the main carrier of R&D is human. Higher education provide human resources for the Internet development. The capacity of absorbing and reserving high-quality human capital effectively, from the country, region to the enterprise, enhance the level of the Internet development. Therefore, internet economy needs more innovative talents people than any other times. Corporate culture, as a core value, enterprise spirit and behavior mode, which is common to all employees of a company, influences employees’ psychology and behavior through the subconscious and is enterprise development strategy. In this paper, the influence of enterprise culture on employee psychological contract within internet background is researched, by constructing the impact model and empirical analysis, verifying the hypothesis.The result shows that the four dimensions of corporate culture which is corporate spirit culture, institutional culture, behavior culture and material culture has a significant influence on employee psychological contract.This study first combs the relationship between corporate culture and psychological contract through the literature research;Secondly, according the characteristics of the Internet industry, this paper constructs a model through putting forward some assumptions. Thirdly,this paper develops psychological contract questionnaire and corporate culture questionnaire depending on maturity scale and the model, modifies the model according the result of reliability analysis, validity analysis and structural equation model analysis of the scale.Finally, this paper provides the result and put forward that the corporate should construct the corporate culture efficiently from the angle of employee psychological contract.The methods used by this paper are questionnaire survey, exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling analysis. Possible innovations:the first one is that getting the influence model suitable to the Internet economic era by studying on the relationship between corporate culture and psychological contract of the representative Internet enterprise employees; the second one is that this paper, throughanalysis from the angle of the employee cognitive of organizational responsibility in psychological contract and employee responsibility, also perfect the previous model which is from the unilateral angle of employee perceived organizational responsibility, the third one is that on the base of literature research, this paper construct and verify the model of the influence of the four dimensional structure of enterprise culture on employee psychological contract, which perfect the previous two dimensional and three dimensional structure enterprise culture model.
