| At present, many enterprises are facing the "platform" for transformation. In this context, the organization mode of the enterprise tend to fragmentation and be smaller.For example, haier’s "independent" and HSTYLE’s "team" in the fierce competition because of its IT platform and efficient operation to win.It is good practical significance to in-depth study "virtual team" that generate in the process of the enterprise “platformâ€of the organization mode. Therefore how to realize the organization mode of the virtual team on IT platform are scientific problems to need be solved.First of all,this paper analyze IT platform and virtua team on IT platform,then gives a clear definition of them, Through the analysis of haier and HSTYLE refining on IT platform the five major activity model- launched, implementation, audit, supervision and evaluation, respectively detailed analysis of implementation patterns of five kinds of activity model. Second, Introduces process,the basic idea,advantages and disadvantages of the workflow design method based on data flow modeling(WDADM), the five activity mode by WDADM build workflow model. Again, the paper use the data of the workflow model and method of work analysisi to analyze workers’ features and virtual team’ s feature,then use multiple indicators and bilateral decision method to achieve the virtual team organization mode. Finally, on Zhiyuan collaborative management platform to identify activity model of worker,to build whole of Zhiyuan collaborative management platform workflow model,to use bilateral decision method and multiple indicators to achieve the virtual team organization mode,to verify the study of the paper’s validity and practicality.The paper makes a exploratory research on virtaul team organization mode based on workflow model on IT platform.It is benefit for business analysts of workflow to reduce potential errors in the workflow model and provide reference direction for organization model researchers. |
