Influenced by Chinese traditional ideas, in Chinese society, female status has long been ignored. Their roles in the business have been neglected by people. However, in recent years, with the continuous development of economy and the progress of the society, more and more female walked out of the family behind the scenes, to fight her own business, so now the number of female entrepreneurs gradually increased, in the same way, a growing number of women to become a member of the executive team, or even President or the chairman’s position, to a large extent, which have affected and changed the enterprise’s senior management team.According to research in the United States highly developed capital market, the proportion of women directors has remained at more than 10% in the recent ten years, some countries of Europe and even mandatory requirement the proportion of women directors must meet, such as Sweden by law the ratio of female directors shall not be less than 25%, in January 2008, the rate of female directors in Norway require companies must achieve 40%, companies will face was disbanded, followed by Norway, Spain asked 2015 women company shall not be less than 15%. Leadership style more related studies show that men prefer to independence, autonomy, competition, and women executives leadership style is more pay attention to interpersonal communication, collaboration, interdependence, and so on, this to a certain extent, shows the women’s leadership style is more suitable for senior management of the enterprise. More data show that accounts for less than 20% of the total number of Chinese entrepreneurs women entrepreneurs in charge of the enterprise is profitable 98%, suggesting that women in top management to the enterprise development and improvement of performance has a significant effect.This article selected the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchange from 2000 to 2014 only in the Mainboard-listed company issued A shares of the company senior women as research samples. Empirical studies female executives background characteristics influence on enterprise performance.
