Real Estate Enterprise Income Of Tax Administration

In recent years, the whole community for real estate development enterprises related information of particular interest, because the large body of real estate industry, involving industry and more, and people’s lives. Meanwhile, with the development of real estate industry, for the leading role in the national economy is becoming increasingly apparent. But at the same time the development of the corporate income tax collection and management of the real estate industry has faced enormous challenges.In this paper,Fengtai Area with the real estate business as the starting point of audit cases, described in detail the background of the company, as well as tax officials handling the case through the audit results. By analyzing and summarizing the audit results, summed up the characteristics of the real estate industry enterprises, accounting characteristics of accounting, and then summed up the real estate business in the audit problems and audit risk prone points. On the basis of case studies and summary on the audit of real estate existence of the business risk points were targeted description and interpretation of the real estate enterprise income tax collection problems existing in the corresponding solutions. Articles from the tax authorities ways and means of information gathering, strategy and focus on the real estate industry review, strengthening management and identification of the invoice will be further explained in detail for how to improve the collection efficiency in these areas, strengthening administrative capacity. In particular, the key part in the strategy and the real estate industry in the audit were reviewed from three aspects of the audit, fees and tax revenues of the audit, the cost of a specific analysis and elaboration.This paper aims to be the actual case studies, which summarized the general issue of the real estate industry, the corporate income tax collection and management, and then starting from the problem, analyze and summarize the solution to enhance the capacity of tax collection and inspection department.
