With the trend of economic globalization is sweeping across the world, many domestic enterprises began to go out of the country, international business, international executives as leading enterprise internationalization strategic development direction of the core characters, to the enterprise is of great significance, every international executive turnover is a serious loss to the enterprise, the executive turnover has become a major bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises. China currently about executive international human resource management and no ready-made model that can be applied, can learn from the successful experience of less, but in the tide of economic globalization have to face the test of international human resource management, its causes and management methods are worth our serious attention and study.WT Company as a special printing equipment business, has the advantage of cheap labor costs, convenient transportation advantages and imitation of foreign technology and other advantages of rapid development and growth. With the development of international business, international executives leave the company to carry out the internationalization strategy has brought a lot of trouble. Therefore, how to effectively carry out international human resource management, to avoid the emergence of international executives to leave the WT group to become an urgent need to solve practical problems.Using the case study method and literature method, this paper in-depth analysis of the WT Company existing international human resource problems, mainly including: internal cross corporate cultural conflict and lack of perfect international executive selection mechanism. On this basis, combined with the actual situation of the company and the domestic and foreign related theory, put forward the WT Company’s corresponding management suggestions and strategies, enterprises to break through the bottleneck in the development, to achieve sustainable development of internationalization strategy. The main recommendations are: to establish a perfect international executive selection mechanism; to strengthen the executive training; strengthening the enterprise cross culture management.In this paper, in-depth analysis of the problem of international executives leave, from theory to enrich the relevant content of international human resource management, the relevant research on turnover has a positive meaning. From the point of view of practice, the research results of this paper can be used for reference to other similar enterprises in addition to improving the turnover of the international executives of WT Company.
