The Study On Production Scheduling System Optimization For D Department Of F Technology Group Corporation

With increasingly keen market competition, each enterprise is searching for a good management system for production and operation to improve efficiency in production, operation and management as well, thereby enhance its own core competitive advantage. While the key of production and operation management is whether the production scheduling process could achieve the optimal solution, but the production scheduling problem is a typical NP-hard problem, so the research on the production scheduling is of great value both in theory and in practice.First of all, this paper analysis the relevant research results of domestic and abroad production scheduling system, introduces the concept of production scheduling and its three sub-processes.Then this paper discusses the relevant theory solutions to production scheduling problem,production scheduling model and production scheduling process model.Then, on the basis of depth research in the current production scheduling system in D Department of F technology corporation, Pointed out a lot of problems in its production process, and for these issues to carry on the system optimization program planning, demand analysis and flow design, mainly to analysis the system’s goal, the structure, the maintenance plan, the inquiry report form target’s computational logic as well as the optimized flow and so on.Then has designed productive plan control system and balance appraises system in detail, to detailed various sub-systems’ goal, the guiding principle, the power and responsibility, and has given the system flow chart.Finally, in the foundation of the corporation persent optimization production scheduling system design, this paper has developed and realied its sub-systems module, and has appraised to its movement effect. Basically, has achieved the goal of the optimization system’s design.In this paper we development and research the enterprise production scheduling system, has gained certain experience and the achievement, that profited to the later research on the production scheduling system.
