Since the 21 st century, with the rapid development of science and technology, human's demand for oil and gas is growing day by day. Because of thegeological environment of the oil and gas' exploitation is becoming increasingly complex and difficult, it is necessary for us to find optimal methods and techniques to improve the efficient development of oil and gas reservoirs. In the process of oil and gas development,the computer simulation technology plays a key role.The numerical simulation methods,which is getted by the combination of the theory of mathematical methods withthe information technology,is much more effective to solve the problem of oil and gas reservoirs and improve its recovery.The three dimensional of the reservoir geological model,which is the basis for developingthe production of oil field's and relative research work, is the ultimate outcome of reservoir description. The key technology to establishing the reservoir geologicalmodel ishow to interpolate or extrapolate among the internal or external point and estimate the parameter about the corresponding reservoir physical property with the known control data.That is to say,in order to make an accurate and quantitative description about the spatial variation of reservoir properties,we need tofindand choose anappropriate numerical calculation model to describe the actual space's changing pattern of the reservoir geological variables.The reservoir model includes all aspects and all studies of the reservoir geology,so it becomes the bridge and link to connect earthquakes,logging, geological, oil reservoir.Therefore, the successful establishent of the geological model and reservoir parameters model plays a decisive role in the formulation of a development strategy, the predection of a development indicator and the success or failure of a development program.In the process of modeilng oil and gas reservoir, it usually requires the researchesabout the reservoir heterogeneity characteristics combining with the geostatistical.Through the methods of combining stochastic and deterministic models together, we can establish a static three-dimensional geological model that can describe the spatial distribution of the reservoir, and then use the appropriate methods to estimate the reserves in each layer. The three-dimensional reservoir model is generally in the order of point- surface- body, the first stept is to establish the verticalmodel of each well point,the second stept is to establihthe reservoir's framework, and then to establish a three-dimensional distribution model which contains all the reservoir's properties. In general, the three-dimensionalreservoirmodel contains six main areas,such as:data preparation,model making,reservoirfaciesmodeling, reservoir parameter modeling and reserves calculation.This paper begins with acollection of geological data about thestudy area, on the basis of the summarizes about the previous studies and results,I make adeep study about therelative theory of reservoir model.About the collecteddata, combining with Kriging algorithm, I make the heterogeneity researches in different levels, analysis these heterogeneitycharacteristics which are contained in the middle of layers,in the inner layer or in the planes.At last,I give a summarize about the reservoir heterogeneity's changing regulationm,make a comparison about the heterogeneity difference in different microfacies and analysis the spatial properties' varitation about the reservoir.On the basis of the study of Shaximiao's reservoir heterogeneity,making the theory of sedimentology and reservoir geologyasa guide and in the control of the isochronous stratigraphic framework,I give a comparision between wellswith an uniform standards. Depending on the study of sedimentary microfacies and with the control of the wells' reservoir characteristics,it needs to establishreservoir structural and sedimentary facies models, use the reservoir model's theory or methods and apply Petrel to build a three-dimensional reservoir layer mode named the new gas field Shaximiao. At the same time, making the models of reservoir porosity, permeability, gas saturation and other parameters properties, describing the three-dimensional spatial distribution characteristicsof reservoir, and estimating the gas' dynamic or remaining reserves in the study area JS22 with the volumetric method.
