Earthquake can be divided into natural and artificial.The natural earthquakes are formed under natural conditions.The earth in constant motion and change, accumulated a huge amount of energy.The earth's crust has some fragile zones from where the rock fracture, and the energy of the earth transfer to the ground, which lead to earthquake.Artificial earthquake refers to the small earthquakes triggered by the artificial source which purpose is the exploration of underground strata information.Oil is one of the world's most important current energy. The oil, natural gas production and geological structures have a close relationship, and geological structure and earthquake also has a close relationship. Research shows natural earthquakes has influence on hydrocarbon generation, migration, accumulation, casual and hydrocarbon accumulation and development. In our country, the research on the earthquake and oil is growing, most of them focuse on the the earth's crust fracture, seismic wave information extraction and oil and gas preservation. But few resesrch on the earthquake seismogenic characteristics' influence on oil and gas preservation.In this paper, we investigated the formation mechanism of natural earthquakes, the mechanism of hydrocarbon faccumulation, the time, the space, the source and waveform.We also investigated the collection and processing of seismic wave. In addition, we clear the distribution regularity of oil and gas through the ICA acquire advanced technology.In combination with the practical situation of lower Yangtze region, we analyzed the related oil and gas information. Based on this, we analyzed the earthquake's influences on oil and gas migration, accumulation, accumulation and destructive. In Lower Yangtze region, for example, we research on the main influence factors of its oil and gas migration and accumulation. Research shows that, the earthquakes associated with the formation of a large number of fracture, therefore, earthquakes are good conditions of set up oil and gas migration channel, and also play a lateral seal effect, make the oil and gas gathering. At the same time, they damaged the formed oil and gas reservoirs, made its upward dissipation or migration. To the lower Yangtze region, two sets of the fracture system are maily deveploed, they are NE-NNE fracture system and NWW fracture system.Fracture control the formation of hydrocarbon traps, mainly to break thenose;Faulting controls the migration and accumulation of oil and gas and time horizon of hydrocarbon migration and accumulation,Forming swells the reservoir, giving the main vertical self self storage sets hydrocarbon accumulation,Closed fracture controlled autogenous self storage type hydrocarbon accumulation,Mudstone cap rock swells on store type oil and gas reservoirs.
