Cogeneration is an effective energy saving method for system, it can highly increase the rate of comprehensive utilization of energy. Different from other power plant, the device of Shougang Jingtang iron and steel directly connect sea water desalination apparatus and steam turbine exhaust port together, which are excellently correlated. Sea water desalination apparatus can highly decrease the production cost by using low quality steam turbine negative pressure exhaust. Ensuring the quantity of air drawing, steam turbine adjusts generated energy, it can't hold on running with economic load as the variation of air drawing and generation load which will make company economic performance vary. Therefore,it is necessary to do research on how to adjust steam turbine and air exhaust load when applied gas power consumption varies. This major work to do as follows:First, Research the System structure and process of Seawater Desalination Cogeneration in ShouGang JingTang Steel and introduce three main components of cogeneration system: steam system, generation system and desalination system. Study the influence cased by ghost water level of boiler,using cascade-three parameters boiler drum system in basis of sea water desalination apparatus steam system technological process analysis and design the control systems of desalination. Furthermore, according to the difficulties of desalination cogeneration system control, control strategy is illustrated, precision control of steam turbine exhaust, efficient connection between steam turbine?desalination and adaptive technique about devices is discussed,thus forming thermo-electricity-water co-production.Least square method based on unit real-time operating date is proposed to obtain characteristic equation of every unit, solving optimal mode by using liner regression, which contributes to decrease steam consumption in the premise of ensuring the electric and heat energy need. The result verified the effectiveness of cogeneration load dispatch optimal operating method.Actual results show that Operation of the desalination cogeneration to enable enterprises to reduce energy consumption and improve their efficiencies.
