With the worsening of the weather conditions, the weather modification operation may be more extensive. Due to the lack of effective means of information, the parameters detection and transmission technology of the weather modification operations and other technology is relatively backward, causing relatively poor operation parameters accuracy and bad real-time operation, there is still much room for improvement. Improving automatic parameters detecting level of the weather modification operation and developing the visual command platform and the real-time data transmission technology will help improve the efficiency of weather modification operations. Therefore, studying the related detecting technology and developing the information acquisition and control system of ground operation has certain practical significance.In this paper,the weather modification information acquisition and control system was designed based on the core chip STM32F103 microcontroller and the HMC5883 L geomagnetic sensor and MPU-6050 acceleration,gyro sensor,the system is carried out on the former basis development. The advantages and disadvantages,the operation principles,the operation equipments,the collection of the operation parameters, the solver principle of attitude angle of the past operation system and other information was analyzed in this paper taking the artificial rainfall as example, the method of solving attitude angle and the design of Kalman filter was described. Secondly, the analysis of the system function requirements was completed, the overall structure and operating principle frame of the information acquisition and control system was designed. The STM32 microcontroller and other related chips suitable for the system were selected.Then the thought of modular structure was used,the attitude angle acquisition module and the associated circuits, the main control module and the associated circuit were studied.The communication protocol of the system and the configuration of Devin touch screen were described, the main software flow of the system was described, the information acquisition and control system which has the function of artificial rainfall operation information acquisition, communicating with the command center, guiding the operation man to carry out operation was developed. The system can get the pitch angle and the azimuth through the attitude acquisition module, the function of GPS positioning and GPRS communication can be realized through SIM908 chip, and the display and control function can be achieved through the touch screen. The maincontents are as follows:(1) The advantages and disadvantages of the traditional operating system of artificial rainfall were analyzed; the principles and the process of artificial rainfall operation were studied.(2) The information on the attitude angle solver was introduced, the Kalman filter was designed for the system, the system output attitude angle error can be reduced and the accuracy of the attitude angles can be improved by designing the Kalman filter.(3) The hardware circuits of the artificial rainfall operation information acquisition system were designed, each circuit module was introduced and the design and development the circuit PCB board were completed.(4) The communication protocol between the command center and the system and the configuration of the Devin touch screen were introduced, the flow chart of the functional modules of programming and a brief introduction were given, and the function of the system was verified through the experiment.
