The water-accumulated area in gobs formed after the mine is worked out is one of the major sources of hidden danger to influence the Production and construction of the mine. There are 47 mines mined in the early stage distribute in the mine field of Shengli mine. Especially the production period and scale of the 45 mines are different, the randomness of mining is strong, the phenomenon of over travelling, beyond the mark and disordered mining is obvious, and a lot of ahistoric and irregular god are formed. To identify the location and scope and so on of the water-accumulated area in gobs, and take positive measures to prevent the flood accident of the water-accumulated area in gobs is significant to ensure personal and property safety and safety and realize efficient production of mine.To identify the water situation of gob of 2# coal seam, design the range of exploration zone, the measuring point and measuring line. According to the text, determine the main instrument to measure the parameters which is suit to the exploration task and evaluate the testing result after the task. Combine the character of physical geography in the gob and measuring result, come up with the judgment method of the water-accumulated area in gobs. Then analyze the range of water-accumulated area in gobs of 2# coal seam and infer 6 water-accumulated areas in gobs. By virtue of the measuring result of 2# coal seam, and attempt to analyze the water-accumulated area in gobs of 6# coal seam, and infer 3 water-accumulated areas in gobs. Finally use the coal mining method which brings up the gob to verify the water-accumulated area in gobs.Based on the detection principle of transient electromagnetic method, design the detection schemes that arrange 12 measuring stations in three roadways and totally 24 measuring faces. According to the distribution law of apparent resistivity in the section, come up with the rule and process to determine the low resistivity anomaly area, and analyze the results of the measuring faces. And totally find 3 water-accumulated areas in gobs in 2# coal seam and 1 water-accumulated area in gobs in 6# coal seam. According to comparison with the surface geophysical detection results, the percent of contact area of the two testing results is high, and illustrate that the reliability of testing result is high.
