The complex network through exploration and theoretical research for many years has made outstanding progress. Reveal the rules implied in the practical application in complex network by using the complex network theory to study the network bring problems. Can help people better practical cognitive network functions and characteristics, such as network information security maintenance,intelligent optimization of transportation network, electricity network vulnerability assessment and so on. So the research has potential application value in the practical life of complex network.Now, for the study of complex network models are mostly based on integer order model, but compared to the integer order, fractional order chaotic behavior model provides a mathematical model more perfect and more. At the same time,and the genetic characteristics of fractional order memory can be widely used in fluid mechanics, signal processing and other engineering science. Therefore, the fractional order can more extensive and accurate characterization of the nature of the phenomenon of complex network, can more accurately applied to practical problems. In addition to the study of complex networks, in control theory to the study of synchronization in complex networks is an important research topic, the existing research methods on the synchronization of mostly based on complete synchronization or projective synchronization, and for the function projective synchronization of is relatively less. Projection function synchronous because it is synchronous with a scaling factor. Therefore, it can be improve the drive response the complexity of network synchronization and application in secure communication can enhance the signal transfer in the process of information security. Therefore, the research on fractional function projective synchronizationof complex network in practical application has important value and significance.Based on the complex network background, function projective synchronization problem mainly studies a fractional network and two fractional network. Finally, through numerical simulation, the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm of error feedback controller is designed to prove the.
