In social life and production, temperature measurement is essential in many areas. However on account of the improvements in range, accuracy and stability of the temperature measurement. The new challenge of us is to solve the problems. In recent years, study of temperature measurement applications based on the Digital Holographic Interferometry(DHI) and the fluorescent temperature characteristics of the fluorescent material is becoming a hot research filed. The method has the characteristics of non-contact, robustness and high precision. In this paper, by using the typical optical path of the transmissive off-axis DHI, in addition measuring the fluorescence intensity temperature characteristics of the fluorescent material. With the holograms of calculation about temperature change before and after, we can obtain the phase change of the temperature filed. By measuring the fluorescence intensity of fluorescent material with temperature change of the spectrum, therefore the measurement of temperature field is realized. Compared with other methods proposed, the method of optical temperature measurement has a simpler manipulation and easier data processing.In this dissertation, temperature measurement applications based on the DHI and the fluorescent temperature characteristics of the fluorescent materials are discussed in detail. The main contents are described as the following:1.A review of the development of DHI and the fluorescent temperature characteristics of the fluorescent materials. Show the significance of temperature measurement.2.The theory of DHI temperature measurement and the method of calculate temperature with phase change are detail introduced. By the optical path of the transmissive off-axis DHI, the measurement of temperature field is realized.3.The methods of extracting phase are introduced, mainly including the principle of Fourier transform method, phase shift method and optical flow field method.4.The methods and principle of temperature measurement of the fluorescent materials are introduced, including the temperature measurement of fluorescence intensity, fluorescence intensity ratio and fluorescence lifetime.5.The experiment of the temperature measurement with fluorescent materials is implemented with single energy level fluorescence intensity. The experiment results show that the method can complete the temperature measurement. The method has the characteristics,such as simple, rapid and real-time.
