Xinfu District Of Fushun City Survey Database Construction Of Land Use And Land Use Analysis

The storage and management of land information is an important part in the use of land resources planning. Detailed and reliable land survey data is the important foundation ofsustainable and stable development of national economy and society. It is an important basis for the national administration of land resources planning. Our country developed the survey on the area, ownership, spatial distribution and the specific use of the national land since 1984. (i.e., the first national land survey), but during the following 30 years, with the development of the country, part of the data is inaccurate severely, and it cannot satisfy the country management department under the current situation of the use of land resources management for the lower information degree.This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of establishing the county land resources management database. This is based on the analysis of the research status of land information systems taking the items of Fushun in the second rural land ownership registration project investigation as a support. Using the latest 3S (RS, GIS, GPS) integration technology and the land information and data information, the establishment of county land resources management database necessity and feasibility analysis is firstly analyzed. Secondly, in this paper, the software and hardware of the land use database requirements are analyzed, and the database structure and data organization and stratification are also designed in detail. Subsequently, the land use planning data management system is developed according to the land use data of Xinfu district of Fushun city, liaoning province. For some difficult problems encountered during the construction process, such as land-use base period data acquisition, symbol library creation and other issues are discussed and concluded the corresponding solutions. The database gained the function of storage, change, query, analysis of land-use database. The database makes the land use changing more conveniently by adding layers of land use change. Inquiries on land use change. This is able to provide analysis, decision support services for the land management department and has a certain reference value for the construction of the same type of rural land information database.
