Studies On Species Diversity And Space Time Dynamic Of The Genus Conidiobolus Of Mazongling Nature Reserve Zone

Conidiobolus has a special systematic position not only in the phylum Entomophthoromycota,as well as in the systematics of the Entomophthorales.The Conidiobolus is a key decomposer in ecosystem,and some species can be used as the agents for controlling pest.Mazongling Nature Reserve Zone is located in the north of Dabieshan Moutain,character of North-subtropic zonal vegetation. The potected zone is rich in propagtion and fungi resources. An efficient method improved by our team was used to isolates Conidiobolus from Mazongling Nature Reserve Zone.So we reserch on the species diversity of the Conidiobolus in the Mazongling Nature Reserve Zone of Anhui.Following the isolation and identification method of Drechsler and King, we obtained more than 1000 Conidiobolus strains from the area.According to the morphological taxonomic system of King and Ben-Ze'ev & kenneth,the 1000 Conidiobolus strains were identified as four Conidiobolus species,including Conidiobolus coronatus,D.coronatus var.longvillosus, Conidiobolus heterosporus and Conidiobulus osmodes.The Conidiobolus coronatus has the largest quantities,the following is Conidiobolus heterosporus, the least is Conidiobulus osmodes. Beacause Nie Yong separated one D. coronatus var.longvillosus in Baishiling,Shitai County,Anhui,in2010.Its villosus is much longer than the Conidiobolus coronatus under microscopy.The morphological feature is the same as mine and his measured sequence is pretty much the same as mine.In the experimentjthe relationship of three D. coronatus vax.longvillosus is close with Conidiobolus coronatus in the phylogenetic tree,but it is independent.We can furtherly demonstrate that the D. coronatus var.longvillosus may be regarded as a new variety of the Conidiobolus coronatus.In addition.we also research on space time dynamic of the Conidiobolus in the Mazongling Nature Reserve Zone,and the different numbers of four seasons throughout the year.Because the rainfall is the abundant in July,adapt temperature and luxuriant vgeetation,the quantity of the Conidiobolus strains is the largest.In winter the species diversity is better relatively due to the appropraite temprature and humidity in the dead twigs and withered leaves and abundant soil humus in winter.The altitude has an influence upon the growth of the Conidiobolus,different altitude and different micro-ecological environment. So the quantity and diversity of the Conidiobolus is also different.So the area above 900 meters,the quantity is die-off and the species is only.Beacouse the ecological of low temperature,few rainfall is not good for the growth of the Conidiobolus below 900 meters.But the ecological of luxuriant vgeetation,suitable humidity and temperature about 800 meters is good for the growth of Conidiobolus.Through the study of the Conidiobolus in Mazongling Nature Reserve Zone. We can choose abundant rainfall season and low altitude zone to take sample.And it can improve the quantity and speciese of the Conidiobolus strain.The study on the space time diversity of the Conidiobolus has refence meaning.
