The Effect of landslide disaster on human and social economy has become the second nature disaster after the earthquake, A massive landslide can bury the village, interrupt traffic, block the river, destroy the farmland, cause serious losses to the lives and property of the people and national Construction.Therefore,monitoring the implementation of landslide is an important measure for disaster prevention and mitigation. Landslide disaster is uncertainty and happen suddenly,thus requiring high accuracy and real-time dynamic monitoring and early warning,organize and analysis the obtained monitoring data,then the most widely shared relevant monitoring situation about landslide, making monitoring into informatization,and play the best role of information.GPS technology has all-weather, high precision, fast positioning, measure between the station without seeing each other and automatic measurement features, When it combines with GPRS packet-switched communication technology that with no distance and no geographical restrictions, real-time dynamic, which can be achieved on geological disasters in real-time,high-precision, automated, low-cost remote monitoring and early warning, at present GPS-GPRS technology has been widely used in surface displacement monitoring of landslide.With the development of network technology, the application of PHP and AJAX technology in the development of WEB application system is more and more extensive. PHP had more than 700 functions,it support the most mainstream database operation, such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL server, mysql, etc., and no longer need to getting some PHP function expansion,combining with Ajax asynchronous refresh technology, we can read the monitoring data in real-time and update the corresponding page data, so as to realizing real-time release and early warning of the landslide monitoring data.In this paper,it used the landslide monitoring of Taziping Dujiangyan as the background, based on GPS observation data, which obtained by GPS-GPRS technology acquisition,used open source PHP5 scripting language and interactive AJAX web application development technology, B/S three-tier model, accordingto the landslide monitoring information that the public want to know, used computer and networks to standardized management, developed the real-time monitoring data of landslide web publishing system of Taziping Dujiangyan successfully. With good practice,it proves that the system is practicability,and can share the landslide monitoring data in real-time, as long as there is access to a computer network, you can check the real-time monitoring information of the landslide of Taziping, making the common public surveillance come true, and prevent landslide disasters.
