The Spintronics is a new-rising subject. It mainly focuses on the control of the degree of freedom of electronic spin. The quantum well is a kind of new-artificial materials, which can be made from the film growth. The periodicity of the kind of material can be controlled artificially. And it has many particular properties which are superior to the natural materials, and lots of potential applications are brought out.So research on quantum wells becomes a popular field for many subjects, such as materials science, semiconductor science, quantum information and so on.The Cavity Quantum Electrodynamics studies the interaction between the objects, such as atoms and the bounded quantized electromagnetic field. It is base on a fundamental model,i.e.the JC-model.The interaction shows so many quantum quantum phenomena, such as vacuum Rabi splitting.Recently, the method of Cavity Quantum Electrodynamics is generalized to study the manual manipulation of electrons in a quantum well system, and a series of achievements were gotten. We use the method of Cavity Quantum Electrodynamics to research the spin control in the system which contains spin-orbit coupling. In the chapter one,we reviewed the basic theory and the research progress of the Spintronics and Cavity Quantum Electrodynamics. The system with spin-orbit coupling in the quantum well is described by using the models of Quantum Optics. In the chapter two,we give the derivation of master equation. In the chapter three, the main part of the paper,we discuss the electronic control in the quantum well with spin-orbit coupling. We give the transmission spectrum of the system under the condition of strong interaction, and analyze the influence of the driving strength, spin orbit coupling strength and dissipation strength.
