In this thesis,we make use of the knowledge of value distribution of meromorphic functions to investigate the p-iterated order and p-iterated type of meromorphic functions or entire functions and the growth of the solutions of the linear differential equations in which the coefficients are entire functions of [p,q]-order.This thesis is made up of three chapters.In chapter 1,we introduce the definitions and some basic notations about the p-iterated order or p-iterated type of meromorphic functions and entire functions.In chapter 2,we investigate the p-iterated order or p-iterated type of f1+f2,f1f2,where f1?z?,f2?z?are meromorphic functions or entire functions with the same p-iterated order and different p-iterated type.In chapter 3,we investigate the growth or the exponent of convergence of zero sequence of the solutions of?3.1.2?with the coefficients are entire functions of [p,q]-order or [p,p + 1]-order.
