Groundwater resource has irreplaceable position in water in northern area of China, the status of groundwater resources monitoring information management in the development and utilization of water resources and management is very important, the establishment of groundwater information management system is the effective way to raise the level of information management and application of monitoring the size, in recent years, groundwater informatization level has been relatively rapid development.According to the characteristics of groundwater information management, combined with the exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources management requirements, fully absorb the development and operation of related system maintenance experience, the design of the groundwater information management and simulation and prediction system, the realization of spatial and attribute information retrieval, statistical analysis, etc.In the analysis of the system functional requirements, performance requirements, security requirements based on the proposed, each function module of action needed; determine the system structure frame, the design of the system database required, respectively to the internal function modules of specific functional classification and detailed design way. Realization of spatial query, analysis of groundwater, the business report, the basic information management, simulation and prediction of 6 functional module analysis and system management, and built a groundwater information management and simulation and prediction system is relatively complete. Analysis of the system development and test run, the prospect of the next step focus.The construction of groundwater information management and simulation and prediction system, establishing a digital groundwater information platform to better serve the goals of economic and social development, promote the scientific management of groundwater resource dynamic work level, basically solved the contradiction between the development and utilization of groundwater resources and groundwater resources information management needs and level, to the development and utilization of groundwater resources science and effective protection of supporting sustainable economic and social development has provided an important support.
