| In seismic exploration of mineral resources such as coal and oil,the geophone is the most important part for receiving seismic information,the detector performance directly affects the accuracy of the subsequent part of seismic exploration and eventual outcome.Because of the difficulty of increasing energy exploration,broadband seismometers and high-precision conventional detectors continue to be applied to control the detector indicators has become even more stringent.Therefore requires a dedicated detector tester for testing the detector to the finished product,good quality detector control and improve the quality of seismic exploration.Geophone test system of the present research in the design of broadband geophone measurement but also can measure the conventional geophones achieve more versatile detector measured parameters.The main subject of the work is completed as follows:First,based on the moving-coil geophones research works and its mechanical structure,determine the over-damped detector and test methods underdamped detector,completed the establishment of the overall test model of the detector test system.Second,according to the test model built on a hardware circuit tester study design,hardware circuit includes pre-circuit,data acquisition circuit,control circuit and peripheral modules.Using TI’s MSP430F2274 microcontroller composition data acquisition board.Samsung’s S3C6410 ARM11 cores constitute an embedded system board,complete the PCB board design.Third,the detector tester software design,complete modular system,control programming and communication program,the realization of the test data acquisition and control systems.Combined tester hardware design,the realization of the detector DC resistance,damping,sensitivity and distortion performance parameters of the test.Fourth,completed geophone test system performance testing.Use tester for various performance parameters of broadband and traditional dynamic moving coil detector detectors to track measurements,the test parameters were compared with standard parameters,certified to comply with national standards geophone tester and the tester accuracy,repeatability,good anti-jamming and other performance indicators.The tester uses a combination of DC excitation and AC excitation way to test applications running under the operating system WINCE6.0 software environment,and the use of over-damped detector test algorithms designed to handle data collection;it has high accuracy,low power consumption small,good man-machine interface and so on. |
