| The experimental materials in this research are elderberries(Sambucus williamsii Hance)which grow in shade and under sunshine.Utilizing the paraffin section technology,dispersing of vessel elements,plant print,xylotomy,microphotography technology and biometrical methods,structures of nutritive organs and plant prints are compared and studied.According to the pictures taken with Nikon Eclipse 80 i in paraffin section research and the measured value gotten with Nis-Element D 2.20: shade elderberry and sun elderberry have the same basic structures,but growing under different luminous environment,so they have different evolution structures due to antagonism: The leaves of sun elderberry are thicker than the shade ones,moreover sun elderberries have thicker cuticle,more advanced palisade tissues,resin canals and vascular tissues,sometimes sun elderberries have glandular hairs;Comparing with sun elderberries,the shade elderberries have thinner leaves,less advanced palisade tissues and more advanced spongy tissues.Having less crystals,thinner medulla and low density stoma which prove that shade elderberries can adapt to low luminous environment well.Depending on the results in dispersing vessel research and xylotomy: elderberries are typical ring-porous wood,especially there is significant difference between early wood and late wood.Uniseriate rays are obviously less than multiseriate rays,sun elderberries have thicker and longer duct,so the transportation capacity of sun elderberries is better than shade ones obviously.The consequences in plant prints experiment showed: although sun elderberries and shade elderberries grow under different environment,the plant print style of elderberry is I type,stomata size is in medium lager level.However,analysis of the results with SPSS20.0 and R2.11.1,it showed obvious differences: the stoma density and storeatal index of shade elderberries are lower,besides length of guard cells,area of guard cells and perimeter of guard cells are larger than sun elderberries’,parameters have correlations with each other,moreover they establish regression equation.Comparing with sun elderberries,sun elderberries have high stoma density and high storeatal index;the measure values of width of guard cells are higher than shades’.They don’t have correlations and regression equation.It means that these two kinds of elderberries have evolution on their own structures due to different light press. |
