Electron impact ionization cross sections and rates coefficients from ionization, excitation and recombination process are very important in astrophysics, plasmas and x-ray laser studies. Studies indicated that the resonant processes in the collision of electron and ions are cannot be neglected in practical application. In this paper, the detailed research and discussed the dielectronic recombination(DR) and resonant excited doubly autoionization(REDA) processes of highly charged ions by used the FAC and GRASP programs which programs bases on multi-configuration Dirac-Fock(MCDF) method. Analysis the Breit interaction influenced on the DR and the REDA cross sections.Frist chapter introduce the research significance, progress and frame of this paper. Second chapter introduce the MCDF method used by this paper, given the theoretical method of transition rates, auto-ionization rates, DR cross section and REDA cross section. The third and fourth chapters are results and discussions of this paper.Included,1 Calculated the DR strength of He- to O-like tungsten ions by use the FAC and GRASP programs, given the DR strength and autoionization rates of some intermediate doubly excited states, bases on authenticate each other of two programs, analysis the Breit interaction influenced on DR strength and find that the Breit interaction are main important in DR strength of He- and Li-like tungsten ions and which influence with increase of resonant energy can be gradually weakened. Simulate the experimental results and get the abundance of ions in the EBIT.2 Calculated the Ar15+,Fe23+,Kr33+,Xe51+ ions REDA strength by use the FAC program and which results can fit with the results of Chen, use the same frame calculated the REDA cross section of the I50+ ions, and find that the Breit interaction and the M2 transition are influences in the REDA cross section of highly charged ions in a certain range of the energies, M2 transition become main transition mechanism in Li-like of the highly charged ions are even exceed the contribution of the E1 transitions, base on which reasons the M2 transition became more important in this process. Compared with the experimental results of Li-like iodine ions REDA cross section and find the Breit interaction influenced on the cross section very important. More fitting with experimental results when include the Breit interaction. |
