Groundwater is one of the support elements of the ecological environment and the ecological environment is the basic natural conditions related to the existence and development of mankind.Water Resources is the basic factor to protect the ecological environment construction,with the development of society and economy of Zhongmou County,the problem of water resources has become an important factor restricting the economic development and the improvement of the ecological environment.Groundwater resources accounts for a large percentage of the whole water supply system in Zhongmou County,but the environmental hydrogeological problems caused by groundwater exploitation is very serious.so the study on the ecological level of groundwater and its regulation in the region and considering the ecological water demand conditions has profound theoretical and practical significance to optimize the allocation of water resources and promote sustainable economic and social development in Zhongmou County has far-reaching theoretical and practical significance.Based on the detailed analysis of the social and economic status of Zhongmou county and the natural geographical conditions in this article,in-depth study and discussion about ecological groundwater level of theory and the method of determining the ecological groundwater level and steps and calculate on ecological groundwater level and lower threshold value of Zhongmou County.on the basis,the quantity of ecological groundwater regulation that groundwater level in the study area restored to the appropriate interval by using ArcGIS software,and use amount of calculation as the regional ecological environment water demand.Based on the theory of optimal allocation of water resources,we conduct the study on the optimal allocation of water resources in the study area.Finally this paper discusses the research of groundwater resources sustainable development and utilization.Based on sustainable utilization of groundwater resources and ecological environment benign circulation as the target,on the basis of geological and hydrogeological conditions,by means of GIS technology,we propose the theory of ecological oriented regional ecological groundwater level and water regulation calculation method and expanding the regional ecological water requirement theory.At the same time,this paper considers the allocation of water resources groundwater ecological water into water resources configuration,supplementing and improving the content of traditional water resources planning.In addition,In addition,this paper puts forward a simulated annealing nonlinear multi-objective optimal allocation model of water resources of the hybrid genetic algorithm,enriching the intelligent optimization methods in the application of water resource allocation optimization.The research results have certain reference significance for the effective protection and utilization of groundwater resources in Zhongmou County of science,also provides reference for similar research.
