Water is the carrier of life, the basis of ecological, the key to production, is the strategic resources of support national economic and social development. The Bayingou River is the main source of the Bayingou River irrigation area whichis located in xinjiang production and construction corps, the eighth division,at the same time bear the task of industry, agriculture and life water of shawan county and dushanzi part, water resources shortage, in use, and serious waste and water pollution, severely restricting local economic and social development and the protection of the ecological system. In Xinjiang under the background of implement the most strict water resources management system, this article adopt the method of hydrologic statistics, from the Angle of years and seasons,to study change trend, mutation characteristics and cycle evolution law of the Bayingou River basin hydrological meteorological elements such as runoff, temperature and precipitation. At the same time, according to the characters of the Bayingou River basin geography, hydrology and meteorology, collecting and organizing the DEM data, meteorological and hydrological data, soil type, land use data, draw the molecular partition basin and parameters such as spatial unit, meteorological site data distribution to each child basin shape heart EasyDHM distributed hydrological model to build the Bayingou River, and complete the model parameter set and validation work. The results of the study provide a theoretical basis and technical support for reasonable use of river basin water resources and water resources planning, and also provide reference for the research of the same kind of medium and small rivers in arid areas. The results are as follows:(1)For nearly 60 years, annual runoff and seasonal runoff of Bayingou River basin showed increasing-reducing-increasing trend,exist1958-1960 and 2004-2007 period two mutations, and exist5-7 years, 10-14 years and 26-31 years cycle.Nearly 20 years, the annual average temperature of Heishantou stationis on the rise in the Bayingou River, the trend rate is 0.045?/10a;Spring,summer,autumnthreeseasons of average air temperature are all showed a trend of rise, winter mean temperature is presented down trend;Year and each season average temperatureexist2000-2003 periodmutation. The Bayingou River basin annual precipitation showed a trend of increase, the trend rate is 15.63 mm/10a; Spring and winter precipitation are showing obvious rising trend, summer and autumn precipitation decrease significantly; Relative to the temperature and runoff, mutation characteristics of the precipitation is not significant.(2)The Bayingou river basin Easy DHM distributed hydrological model is builded Based on river basin characteristics.after parameter optimization, Nash efficiency coefficient increased from 0.78 to 0.92.According to the Heishantou station data whice does not attend modeling we validatethe result of the rate constant, the Nash efficiency coefficient is 0.86. The results show that the EasyDHM model can objectively describe the Bayingou River basin hydrological cycle.
