Niutitang Formation and Longmaxi Formation is the most potential strata foe exploration in upper Yangtze platform. Enshi and Lichuan locates in the southeast margin of upper Yangtze area. In this paper, based on geological conditions of shale gas in Lower Paleozoic, Configuration storage conditions and geochemical characteristics of fluid analysis,we have the studied of carry out a comprehensive evaluation of Paleozoic shale gas preservation conditions in the study area, preferably vision shale gas areas and favorable areas. It is characterized with high-quality source rocks in Niutitang formation, and Wufeng-Longmaxi formation. The shale gas also with a high content, high degree of thermal evolution of organic matter, high brittleness mineral content and good porosity and permeability conditions.Synclinorium and anticlinorium, experienced at least four tectonic movement. From west to east tectonic deformation intensity increases, uplift and erosion becomes large in Enshi- Lichuan configuration Icheon areas. Synclinorium respect anticlinorium transformation strength is small, small amount of uplift and erosion. With broken index, erosion index, the index dip, deformation index, etc. Qualitative-semiquantitative characterization of tectonic deformation and strength of shale gas is preferably configured so favorable conservation area.Fluid inclusions, major and trace elements, isotopes and other geochemical parameters research, study area revealed fluid flow characteristics. Enshi- Icheon area of fluid inclusions, major and trace elements, isotopes and other geochemical parameters indicate the results of the study area in particular deformation intensity, uplift and erosion of small amplitude Synclinorium body regions showed activity endogenous fluid, shale gas good storage conditions. Deformation strength, uplifting a large range of areas(such as anticlinorium body region, deep faults) exhibit cross-layer fluid flow, shale gas preservation conditions poor.According to the intensity of tectonic deformation parameters, geochemical parameters, fracture distribution and other spa in Enshi- Paleozoic shale gas preservation conditions under a comprehensive evaluation of Icheon area, preferably a good preservation conditions Huaguoshan syncline preferably block, Icheon syncline preferably blocks Xuanen syncline preferably blocks.
