Now the Casimir effect and the Casimir force have been studied from a number of areas, including quantum field theory, mathematical physics, gravitation, etc, especially in the application of nano technology. The Casimir force is very small and it is difficult to measure in the early days of the trials, however, with increasing enhancement of theoretical and experimental technology, the measurement method of the force has been also in progress and the accuracy of measuring the force is higher and higher. The rapid development of modern technology has brought the widely application of the micro mechanical, and the Casimir effect can be not ignored. Nowadays micro devices are smaller and smaller, so taking limited method to reduce further the attractive Casimir force and to get the repulsive force is particularly important. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the Casimir force and how to obtain its repulsive force between two kinds of structures, specific work and the main research results are as following:Firstly, the paper introduces the Casimir effect briefly. The paper introduces the definition of the Casimir effect, including the research background and application progress. Along with the progress of science and technology and the continuous efforts of the researchers', the Casimir effect of the theory and experiment technology has also rapidly increased. This paper also introduces the Casimir force, which is the mutual attractive force between two close neutral perfect conductor plates in vacuum. Research shows that, in some conditions, the Casimir attractive force will be turned into the Casimir repulsive force, and the repulsive force has important application in industrial production.Secondly, it introduces another key content about the metamaterial. Metamaterial is a artificial structure with unique electromagnetic properties and it does not exist in the nature. The paper introduces the classification of the metamaterial, experiment application, the magic characteristics and application progress, etc. The paper introduces three metamaterials, namely the sub wavelength structure material, photonic crystals and artificial electromagnetic material. Considering the electromagnetic properties of the metamaterial, propagation wave characteristics, surface wave characteristics and dispersion properties are introduced. In addition, the left-handed material is also introduced in detail.Thirdly, it studies the Casimir force between two layers of structure. The paper uses the correlation method to study the Casimir force between two layers of structure whether the dispersion of the plate of metamaterial is considered, then the paper introduces the mode summation method to calculate the Casimir force between the ideal conductor plate and the Casimir force between physical medium plates, including the force between layers of structure of plate containing metamaterial. Meanwhile, based on Lifshitz theory, we calculate the Casimir force between doped silicon and plate of metamaterial, and discuss the effect on the degree of doping and the thickness of the silicon and the filling ratio factor. The simulation results show that there is a balance restoring force between the plate spacing within a certain range. This is used to solve possible adhesion between micro mechanical components and destructive. Different structure have different the systems, from the perspective, we can choose the material of the micro mechanical in the industrial production.Finally, the paper introduces another important structure-the research on relative Casimir force between the metamaterial slabs of sandwich. We study the Casimir force including no considering the dispersion of the slab and considering the dispersion of the slab, while the latter is divided to study the force whether the permittivity and permeability of metamaterial are equal or not. Studies have shown that plate spacing will have a significant impact on relatively Casimir forces. For integral contribution, the contribution of part of the spectrum is from attractive force and another part is from repulsive force, the final result is synthesis of their contribution.It means,with the increase of the spacing of plates, Casimir force decreases and approaches 0, this shows that we can increase the spacing of plates to weaken Casimir force. Moreover, the size of the fill factor of electromagnetic metamaterial effects relatively Casimir force. When the fill factor becomes bigger, the contribution of the Casimir attractive force is in weakening and the contribution of the Casimir repusive force is in strengthening, and the finally result is the synthesis of their contribution. In addition, the thickness of the matematerial plate also affects relatively Casimir force. At the same time, the amplitude of the Casimir force in this paper is also introduced to control the Casimir force to get the Casimir repulsive force to apply in industrial production.
