The Wei River Originating in the Taihang mountain area is water of the northern part of Henan Province.It belongs to the Haihe River Basin.Meanwhile it and Zhanghe River are two major tributaries of the Zhangweinan River upstream.The Wei River Basin accounts for the Zhangweinan basin area of 40%.From 70 years of the last century,the Wei River flow showed a decreasing trend year by year.In 1963,the total annual runoff of Wei River is 6.68 billion m3,down to 0.628 billion m3 in 1979.Due to the reduction of water,resulting in shrinking wetland area,the local ecological environment is extremely adverse effects.On the other hand,with the rapid development of social economy,the water consumption of Wei River Basin has increased significantly.In 2000,the total water consumption of the Wei River Basin in Henan province reached 3.52 billion m3,and the utilization rate of local water resources reached 100%.The main work of this paper takes advantage of the historical hydrographic data of hydrological station Yuancunji and Hehe in the Wei River basin station.By using the method of correlation analysis,moving average method,Mann Kendall rank time related inspection and analysis of Wei River runoff change law.The work provides a scientific basis for reasonable exploitation of the Wei River Basin water resources,improving and protecting the Wei River basin ecological environment.The main research contents are as follows:First,Collecting and analyzing the time series hydrographic data of Yuancunji hydrological station and Hehe hydrological station data,and using the method of process correlation graph,moving average method,Mann Kendall rank time related inspection to analyze rainfall,runoff distribution characteristics and change trend of runoff.Secondly,the BP neural network model based on genetic algorithm is established to simulate the relationship between runoff and rainfall,and taking Yuancunji hydrological station as an example.Finally,a wavelet neural network model is constructed to forecast the change trend of annual runoff series and taking Hehe hydrological station as an example.
