In this paper,we investigate stochastic comparisons of the largest and small-est order statistics in terms of the Lower-truncated Weibull distribution and Pareto distribution.In the second chapter,we discuss stochastic comparisons of series and parallel systems with independent heterogeneous Lower-truncated Weibull compo-nents,when a system with possibly different shape and scale parameters and its matrix of parameters changes to another matrix in a certain mathematical sense.In the third chapter,we discuss stochastic comparisons of series and parallel system-s with independent heterogeneous Pareto components.In the fourth chapter,wepresent some sufficient conditions for stochastic comparisons of the smallest order statistic of Pareto distribution.In the fifth chapter,some numerical examples are presented to illustrate main results obtained in the second and third chapters. |
