With the rapid development of world economy, biodiesel,as the alternative energy of petroleum diesel, caught the attention. However, the supply of raw material, the prices of raw material and the Imperfect policy, become the key constraint which restrict the development of bio-diesel,especially,the supply of raw materials has become the bottleneck of the development of bio-diesel.Among many raw materials of biodiesel, the Alga, due to its advantages of high biomass, short growth cycle, easy to train, and the high lipid, becomes an ideal material for biodiesel, and it has a broad prospect of development.Simultaneously, using waste water to plant oil-rich microalgae, not only reduces the cost of microalgae production, but also restores water pollution,so it becomes the feasible solution to the inadequate supply of biodiesel raw materials and the problems of raw material prices. The subject based on the screening of oil-rich algae species.Combined the culture of algae with the treatment of water pollution.Taking use of oil-rich microalgae to reduce the N,P and other nutrients, change them into its own composition, promote the growth of algae,by controlling the culture conditions,to improve the oil content of algae cells,to look forward to obtaining an oil-rich algae which can removal ammonia and nitrogen efficiently. The main experimental results are as follows:?1?Select high oil content algae named Z-4 from natural eutrophic water, and determine the best medium Chu NO.10 medium;?2?Culture medium with different concentrations of nutrients will affect the growth of algae Z-4,single factor test results show that:the best carbon source is10g/L sucrose, the best source is 0.0625g/L urea, the best concentration of K2HPO4 is 0.04g/L,and the best initial pH is 9.5.Through orthogonal test, obtained the best algal culture conditions is:7.5g/L sucrose,0.0625g/L urea,0.04g/L K2HPO4,initial pH 9.5.?3?Culture medium with different concentrations of nutrients will also affect the oil content within the algae cells.Single factor test results show that the oil content of algal cells increase to the maximum when the medium contains 20g/L sucrose,0.375g/L of urea 0.01g/L K2HPO4,initial pH of 6.5.Through orthogonal test, obtained the best culture conditions when the oil content of algal cells increase to the maximum is:15g/L sucrose,0.1563g/L urea,0.08g/LK2HPO4,initial pH 7.5.?4?Growing the algal by swine wastewater,we can found that low concentrations of swine wastewater is suitable for the growth of algae, and under conditions of low concentration, the degradation of ammonia is good, the treated waste water is lower than the standards of breeding industry sources. The results show that it will help algae cells increased fat content when we mix 0.04 g/L Na2CO3 and 1mlA5 solution into the concentration of 40%of the wastewater.
