This paper focuses on the study of the integrity parameters which have influence on Beidou satellite navigation system. Before the research on the integrity parameters of Beidou satellite-based augmentation system, this paper analyzes the integrity parameters of GPS satellite-based augmentation system(WAAS) and the integrity of Galileo system. The currently published integrity parameters of Beidou satellite-based augmentation system are UDRE and GIVE. Through the analysis of GPS and Galileo system integrity parameters, it's supposed to get the possible ways to enhance the integrity of Beidou system.In this paper, the user differential range error(UDRE) conducted in calculation, considering using a model-based approach to reduce the impact of tropospheric and ionospheric delay error sources, establishing the error calculation model, building the matlab simulation platform and ultimately we get the simulation UDRE of the simulation results. Grid ionospheric vertical delay error(GIVE) is also carried out in calculations. It selects Klobuchar model, using the ionospheric grid approach to reduce the effect of ionospheric delay error. In the modeling process, it includes the extraction of satellite signals, the satellite-to-air coordinate transformations, as well as the determination the penetration point interpolation algorithm for other aspects of the study, the eventual establishment of the error calculation model, matlab simulation platform built by the measured data, the final the simulation results obtained GIVE. Horizontal protection level(HPL) and vertical protection level(VPL) are studied, building the model by observing matrix, getting the discrete distribution HPL and VPL through matlab simulation. These two parameters are compared to the navigation performance requirements in approach and landing phase, which makes reference to the wider application of Beidou navigation system in civil aviation.
