In numerous species of fungi, Aspergillus fungus plays an important role, and they are widely from land to ocean. At the present time, there are 180 species of Aspergillus described[1], belonging to 6 subspecies, but they has not been systemically studied. Several publications reported that Aspergillus fungus may produce a variety of secondary metabolites, and their structures are novel and unique. They have the function of antimicrobial, anti-cancer, anti-tumor, insecticidal and herbicide[2, 3]. Most of their activities are meaningful. In addition, it is prescribed as one of the most important sources of leading compounds. In recent years, it has been a major concern that the fungus grow under the extreme environment, such as endophytic fungi[2], deep sea[4], soil[3], salt lake[5]. The special ecological environment breeds special microorganisms, and special microorganisms are likely to have new metabolic pathways and new active substances. To study the Aspergillus fumigatus which come from the Indian Ocean deep-sea hydrothermal area deep sediments, an altitude of 2434 m and Aspergillus flavipes collected from Hubei Wuhan Yangtze river beach, this thesis has carried on the systemic research of their chemical composition and structure identification. This paper mainly introduces from the secondary metabolites of Aspergillus flavipes and Aspergillus fumigatus get its monomer chemical composition by the fermentation, extraction, separation and purification; Get the chemical structure by analytical spectral, looking for new structure of leading compounds. From Aspergillus flavipes were isolated and identified 11 compounds, including five new compounds, six known epicoccine mixed polymers compounds. From Aspergillus fumigatus 19 compounds were isolated and identified, including 11 diketone piperazine kind of alkaloids(diketopiperazine), five quinazoline derivative(fumiquinazoline), 2 aromatic ring compounds and 1 meroterpenoid; Study of Aspergillus flavipes and Aspergillus fumigatus enriched the types of compounds in Aspergillus, helps to deepen the understanding of Aspergillus chemical composition, for further development and utilization of Aspergillus chemical provides the basis.
