In this thesis, I study the synthesis of AgInS2 quantum dots?QDs? in organic phase firstly, then I applied the folic acidto?FA? modify the AgIn S2 QDs, and study the optical and biological properties of the QDs, which before and after modified. We report successfully prepared the high-quality luminescent ternary AgInS2 QDs by varying the reaction conditions.We perform a theoretical simulation and experiments to determine their second harmonic generation characteristics. In experiment, the second harmonic generation?SHG?from AgIn S2 QDs was comparatively studied for different wavelengths of femtosecond laser as the excitation source. And we obtained the relation between incident light peak power of femtosecond laser and SHG. The result showed that the signal of SHG has maximum value.It is because that SHG are affected by the generation mechanism and quantum dots photolysis effect. At the same time, the oil soluble AgInS2 quantum dots were synthesized transferred into water.Then the water-soluble quantum dots was modified by folic acid to obtain better stability and biological compatibility. The Fourier transform infrared?FTIR?was used to verify the molecular structure,and then the water-soluble AgInS2 quantum dots was used to the study of cell image,the results shows that it laid a good foundation for nonlinear biological imaging applications of quantum dots.
