Study On The Path Of Technological Capability Reform Of Traditional Enterprises Transformation And Upgrading In Shandong Province

Traditional companies have been the backbone of economic development, its development mainly depends on the core technology research and mastery, If the transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises can succeed, it will become the main force in the future to achieve the transformation of economic growth in Shandong province. Therefore, this paper mainly studied traditional enterprises in Shandong Province, hoping to find suitable paths of transformation and upgrading of traditional companies, it can be successfully achieved Shandong Province, "Thirteen Five" plan.On the basis of the relevant literature, this paper constructs index system of technological capabilities, using Hidden Markov Models to analyze technological capacity factors that influence the traditional business transformation and upgrading in Shandong Province and ultimately identify the factors that induce corporate transformation and upgrading.Then, using the system dynamics to analyze the technological capabilities of traditional enterprises transformation and upgrading in Shandong Province. In this paper, the vensim system modeling tool is used to design causal diagram of the various subsystems, and the transformation and upgrading technological capability factor as a state variable, so we create a system flow diagram. In this paper, the system dynamics equation is constructed by analyzing the function relationship between variables, and the empirical study is carried out.Finally, the sensitivity analysis is carried out on the path of each subsystem, in order to adjust the influence coefficient of each factor on each path, and find out the key factors and the key path of each subsystem, and providing the basis for the following measures.
