DNA nano technology is an interdisciplinary science composed of many different fields, such as physics, biology, mathmatics and computer technology. It has a very wide range of applications at medicine, energy, material and many other fields. The researching and manufacture of advanced nano materials has been one of the most promising area in this century. Conventional top-down approaches to nanotechnology are reaching their inherence limitations. Meanwhile, DNA nanotechnology provide a more flexible and efficient way for nanoscale fabircation and manipulation.DNA as a natural macromolecular,with nanometer scale and is highly maneuverable.Here we propose a new way only use three kinds of DNA tiles to assemble DNA nanotubes and nanoribbon.The designed DNA tiles hava four different domains in different order and the same domain pairing with specific, hook together, in this way could the nanotube form. We also design the manipulative strand and packed strand in order to seal the edge of the figure to force it into nanoribbon. The width and high of the nanoribbon are decided by manipulative strand and packed strand, so the nanoribbon is controllable. This easy DNA nano programming method is not only correct in theory, but also been verified by experiment.Compared with many similar design in the world, our proposed method is more simple and with less DNA tiles, has a very strong practicability. We expect our method could be a bridge that connect the macro and micro world, and provide a low-cost and simply way for fabricating nanotechnology applications.
