Offshore engineering structure is under a complicated environmental loadings. such as wave, current, flow and ice etc. Because of China's coastline is located in the circum-pacific seismic belt, so we need to give an evaluation or analysis on the seismic safety of offshore engineering structures. The analysis process not only need to analyze the free field dynamic water pressure of the water induced by seismic waves, but also need to consider the influence, caused by the dynamic response changing of the seabed which was induced by seabed wave or earthquake load, on the offshore engineering structures.This article assumes that the bedrock is an elastic half space, the fluid-solid interaction of seabed soil is a saturated two-phase medium, and regard the seawater as an ideal fluid, considering the free surface wave influence on the dynamic water pressure caused by the earthquake, with SV waves oblique incidence, the change rules of hydrodynamic pressures for free field sea water under coaction of earthquake and waves was examined, also, we analyze the moving water stress response and the dynamic response of saturated two-phase medium. Main research work and achievements of this paper is as follows:1. This article is based on elastic half space- the seabed soil- water model, assume the fluid-solid interaction seabed as two phase saturated soil medium, analyzes the effects of the free surface wave on the coaction of hydrodynamic water pressures. with SV waves oblique incidence, the change rules of hydrodynamic pressures for free field sea water under coaction of earthquake and waves was examined.2. analyzes the characteristics of seabed soil under the effects of free field hydrodynamic pressure caused by the earthquake, Also, the parameters that are likely to affect the dynamic water pressure amplitude are analyzed.
