Silicate is widely distributed in nature, samples including cement, glass,ceramics and silicate minerals and natural silicate rocks. In silicate samples on my test center is always based on the precipitation separation system and weight of the perfect method on the basis of the classical analysis method, it has higher accuracy, but the classical analysis method needs to have knowledge of analytical chemistry and the analysis of the skilled operation skill testers, and separation of complex procedures and onerous experimental process does not meet the needs of geological samples quantity increasing.This article embarks from the decomposition of silicate sample, using inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer?ICP-AES? to establish rapid analysis of silicate constant elements, to replace the classical method of calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, alumina, ferric oxide and potassium oxide,sodium oxide, titanium dioxide, manganese oxide analysis method, to improve the work efficiency. Choice of HF- H2SO4-HNO3 samples mixed acid decomposition, nitric acid extraction, using inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer measuring elements at the same time. By establishing a rapid analysis method for method detection limit?XL?, K2O, Na2O, Fe2O3,Al2O3, CaO, MgO style, MnO, TiO2 results were 0.036?10-2?, 0.093?10-2?,0.047?10-2?, 0.039?10-2?, 0.042?10-2?, 0.037?10-2?, 11.45?10-6?, 13.59?10-6?;Choose a state-level standard material GBW 07103, GBW07104, GBW07106 do method accuracy?delta lg C?, K2O, Na2O, Fe2O3, Al2O3, CaO, MgO style,MnO, TiO2, the results were 0.04, 0.03, 0.02, 0.02, 0.02, 0.02, 0.03, 0.03;Precision?RSD %?, K2O, Na2O, Fe2O3, Al2O3, CaO, MgO style, MnO, TiO2,the results were 5.27, 3.34, 3.01, 2.63, 5.09, 4.94, 4.13, 2.03; Choose a state-level standard material GBW07103 standard addition recovery experiment was carried out, K2O, Na2O, Fe2O3, Al2O3, CaO, MgO style, MnO,TiO2, the results were 102.7%, 102.0%, 103.3%, 99.6%, 96.7%, 105.0%,98.0%, 102.0%.It is concluded that the method detection limit, accuracy,precision and standard addition recovery results meet the lab test and the quality control standard of geology and mineral resources, analysis of quality requirements. Finally concluded that the method of ICP-AES silicate constant element analysis can be applied to this unit in the daily production, analysis of data from stability, simple process is easy to control, short process and realize the simultaneous determination of multi-element in time, cost, personnel change the disadvantages of classic method, can better meet the needs of the current geological testing industry.Silicate rocks are the major parts of the earth's crust, to account for around 5% of the earth's crust. And icp-aes method of national standard substances?GBW 07103 and GBW 07104 and GBW 07103?analysis of the data is stable and simple process is easy to control, shortprocess, realize the multielement determination at the same time, on time, cost,personnel change the disadvantages of classic method, can better meet the needs of the current geological testing industry.
