Plant polyphenol, also called plant tannin,is a kind of phenolic compound, which is widely existed in the plant tissues, is a plant in the long-term growth process for the defense against microbes, insects, virus attacks and the formation of a secondary metabolite. It is closely related to people's production and life, becoming the research object of biology, chemistry, agriculture, animal husbandry, medicine and so on, has a very broad application prospects. As the market demand for plant polyphenols increased, only the extraction has been difficult to meet the practical production and market demand from the typical Chinese Gallnut, So as to find other alternative plant products or to find out the main factors affecting the formation and accumulation of plant polyphenols, is one of the effective ways to realize the sustainable development of plant polyphenol resources. Soil has its own structural characteristics and functions. It is a relatively independent ecological system. Play an important role in the ecological function of plant polyphenol, is the main source of plant nutrition.Soil factors not only affect the normal growth of plants, the formation and accumulation of active components in the same plant are closely related to the formation and accumulation of the active components. In this paper, gallnut and Distylium chinense galls and soil as experimental materials, qualitative and quantitative analysis of plant polyphenols and the results of the determination of soil nutrient factors, the correlation analysis of soil factors affecting the plant polyphenol composition was analyzed by using SPSS statistical analysis software. The main results are as follows:1. In the different growth period, the host plants of Rhus chinensis mill branch and leaf tissue of tannin content to significantly less than the galls of gallnut tannin content. However, they have increased gradually in the process of synchronous growth in its tannin content.2. In the growth period, and it is only in Chinese gallnut tannin content of fresh weight and dry weight were significantly positively correlated, Correlation coefficients were 0.330 and 0.353, respectively. In the mature period, and the correlation coefficient of gallnut fresh weight, dry weight and gall contents were 0.783,0.813,0.714,And in the P 0.01 level was significantly correlated, As with gallnut tannin content of fresh weight, dry weight increased and gall inclusions increased.3. In growth period, gallnut tannin effective components and soil ammonium N and available P was significantly positive correlation, correlation coefficients were 0.682,0.646; In the mature stage, it was significantly positively correlated with soil available P, and the soil ammonium N was significantly negative correlation, the correlation coefficient was 0.420,-0.473.The soil available P in two different growth periods of Galla showed no obvious correlation.4. Distylium chinense galls polyphenol content only with galls fresh weight, gall aphid numbers, gall diameter and the length of the gall body surface color index R is correlation coefficients were 0.208,0.195,0.140,0.066.The polyphenol content of galls with galls of fresh weight, number of aphids in the gall diameter, increase skin color index R value increased.5. Is positively related to the total phosphorus content of phenolic components and leaf galls Distylium chinense in.There is an extremely significant negative correlation with the content of total potassium, and galls and of total N, total P content was negative correlation, the correlation coefficient respectively is 0.502,-0.709,-0.526,-0.457.6.The following regression equation was obtained through the analysis of the dominant soil nutrient factors. Y=4.305X1+8.289X4-1.111X7-62.876(R2=0.655, F=20.881),And found Distylium chinense galls of phenolic components and soil total N, organic matter was positively correlated, negatively correlated with available P.7.On comparison of two kinds of gall in plant polyphenol content, the content of polyphenols from galla chinensis was significantly higher than that of Distylium chinense galls in plant polyphenol content and in different growth period both of them also exhibit large differences.
