As a computing model that can obtain high availability computing resources through the network anytime and anywhere,cloud computing has been developing rapidly.But at the same time,with the growing Internet size and the growing number of network applications,the demand for network traffic has been increasing.Network bandwidth is becoming an important factor affecting the development of cloud computing technology.Therefore,how to coordinate the allocation of network bandwidth,reduce network delay and improve network throughput and other factors,to develop a network bandwidth allocation model which is suitable for the win-win situation between the operator and the tenant,is one of the important issues that cloud computing companies need to solve in a competitive market.Fair bandwidth allocation can effectively solve the optimal allocation of network bandwidth.In this context,based on the needs of broadband in the new network environment,the problems encountered by enterprises in real operations and by tenants in the real work life in the use of network traffic encountered.The establishment and design of a more close to the practical application of the bandwidth allocation of the game model and the corresponding fair bandwidth allocation algorithm.This is of great significance both in theoretical research and practical applicationn.Firstly,the paper describes the background and significance of the fair bandwidth allocation,and then introduces the current research situation of bandwidth allocation at home and abroad,analysis and points out its shortcomings.Secondly,based on the practical network background,the paper studies the problem of bandwidth allocation with the fairness overtime.In this paper,two new types of link bandwidth allocation model,static link proportionality and adaptive link proportionality are proposed.In the first model,the high availability of the network is not guaranteed,while the high availability of the network is ensured in the second model,but the consideration of the historical bandwidth occupations is ignored.Therefore,according to the analysis described above on the two models,the characteristics of the network bandwidth allocation,we put forward the conception of FOT in network allocation,and based on FOT,we propose an evolutionary game model.Finally,evolutionary rules are used to show that the evolution tends to be stable,that is,the proposed method of bandwidth allocation under evolutionary game is feasible.Then,by comparing and analyzing the various bandwidth allocation strategies mentioned in the paper,it is proved that the proposed bandwidth allocation method is superior to other bandwidth allocation strategies.
