In recent years,with the rapid development of computer calculations,complex networks have been widely investigated in different fields of science and become a hot topic.The research of complex networks is an emerging focus and has penetrated into all aspects of social life,such as biological science,engineering science,computer science and so on.They have changed and facilitated the people's production and life.The synchronization of complex networks is the core of network dynamics,focusing on the effect of topology and node dynamics on the synchronization.In the the society,the synchronization is beneficial or resultless.Therefore,how to achieve the beneficial synchronization using the control strategy,and avoid or eliminate the occurrence of adverse synchronization plays an important role.In this dissertation,we mainly study the synchronization and parameter identification of complex networks with time delay,design the corresponding pinning control algorithms for the different network structures and obtain the synchronization criteria.In details,the contents of this thesis are summarized as follows:In Chapter 1,we introduce the research background and significance of complex dynamical network and show the current situation of synchronization and control.In Chapter 2,we study lag synchronization between two dynamical networks with nonderivative and derivative couplings via pinning control.We design two types of pinning control schemes,including linear and adaptive feedback controllers.With the corresponding control algorithms,we obtain two theorems on the lag synchronization.In addition,we obtain the domain for the linear feedback gains.Finally,we provide two numerical examples to show the efficiency of the proposed schemes and apply random and high-degree chosen pinning schemes.Chapter 3 studies the synchronization and parameter identification in uncertain complex dynamical network with double time-varying delay.The unknown parameter exists in the node dynamics.With the designed pinning controllers,the synchronization criteria are obtained.Based on the LaSalle invariance principle,the uncertain parameters are exactly identified.Finally,we provide some examples to illustrate the theoretical results.In Chapter 4,we investigate the topology identification in a drive-response dynamical network with double time-varying delay and non-linear disturbance.We also design the controllers to achieve the synchronization and identify the topological structures.Chapter 5 summarizes the conclusions and give further studies in the future.
