In seismic data processing,it is often affected by complex factors that the sampling in the spatial direction is irregular.The role of data regularization is achieved by using the Fourier transform method to estimate the spatial frequency in irregular sampling grids.In an irregular coordinate grid,the non orthogonality of the Fourier function leads to the problem of "spectral leakage".In this paper,we study the anti-leakage algorithm based on Fourier transform,and eliminate the spectrum leakage caused by irregular seismic data by recursive subtraction.The Fourier transform is realized by the accurate analysis.And then to achieve irregular grid data processing and rule reconstruction.This paper uses regional weighting schemes for accurate estimation of Fourier weight;The use of irregular fast Fourier transform instead of the traditional irregular discrete Fourier transform to reduce the cost of operation;application of nonuniform fast Fourier transform instead of Fourier transform to reduce the computation cost;application of block strategy will big data block processing to improve the operation rate;super large parallel data in storage and processing with the application of distributed strategy.In this paper,GPU / CPU parallel acceleration technology based on CUDA architecture is introduced.For the high light computing tasks such as matrix multiplication,GPU algorithm is used to improve the algorithm,and the algorithm is parallel and high.In the anti leak Fourier transform algorithm,The rules of Fourier transform operation according to the relationship between Fourier resolution factor and input data into the form of expression of matrix multiplication,matrix multiplication and the part after the split into GPU end processing;application of share memory for further acceleration of data processing in GPU terminal;application of reduction algorithm in GPU to obtain maximum value.A variety of improvement and optimization technology applied in anti leakage Fourier transform method,greatly improve the processing efficiency and the precision of the algorithm model,through the GPU side of the corresponding optimization algorithm,the speedup can reach more than 76 times.Theoretical model and the actual data processing results can meet the needs of industrialization,verify the effectiveness and rationality of the method.
