| The present age is the information age.Because of the explosive development of information technology,complex network has became a new research field in recent years.With the continuous development of society,the use of network topology not only can solve the practical problems in the real world,but also can make the problem more systematic and intuitive.By deepening the study of complex networks,the network can better serve the human,and also can make human understand the network more profound,and promote the further development of complex networks.First,the basic structure of Chinese aviation network is analyzed by using complex network knowledge.In this paper,we use space L and space P to construct ANL aeronautical network and ANP aviation network.The analysis results show that ANL aviation network and ANP aviation network with the basic characteristics of complex networks;the relationship between the throughput and the degree is the power-law distribution,the relationship between the distance and the degree is also in this way;in China aviation network,the airport which has larger betweenness has larger throughput and larger flight distance.But compared to the impact of these two factors,the correlation coefficient of the betweenness is smaller,and the throughput of the airport with the largest number is not the largest.So the node with high throughput does not necessarily play a big role in the network.Secondly,the Chinese aviation network is analyzed by using the clustering algorithm.In order to solve the problem that the traditional k-means algorithm randomly selects the initial center,we choose the point where the distance product is the furthest point as the initial center under the premise of removing the isolated point.This improvement obviously improves the accuracy and stability of the algorithm.The quality of the clustering also has been significantly improved.After validating the effectiveness of the improved algorithm with the classical data set,the algorithm is applied to the aviation network.The result proves that the aviation network has non-uniform distribution of non-scale and central tendency.Thirdly,we delete individual nodes and delete multiple nodes respectively,use network efficiency,aggregation coefficient and maximal connected subgraphs to analyze the survivability of Chinese aviation network.The results show that important airports play an important role in the impact of connectivity in aviation networks.When the number of attacked airports exceeds 10,the overall network efficiency dropped by more than 50%;when the number of attacked airports exceeded 44,the overall efficiency of the network decreased by 99%,So we can learn that the ability of the Chinese aviation network to resist the deliberate attack is very weak;compared with the indicators of the degree’s attack and the betweenness’ s attack,the latter network is under greater damage,so in the impact of network connectivity the betweenness play a greater role than the degree.Finally,a new index of survivability is proposed.The results show that the new test index is closer to the reality,the effect is better,and the three test indexes can be considered more comprehensively than the conventional one.Fourthly,we analyzed the survivability of the Chinese aviation network based on the community structure.We put forward the new attack mode based on the community structure and the survivability test index based on the community structure.Not only the overall performance of the network is taken into account,but also the change of the community structure of the network is taken into account,and we used the classical network to prove the effectiveness of both.And then in different ways to attack the Chinese aviation network,we can get: compared to the traditional way of attack,the new attack based on the community easier and more damages to the structure of the network community;for the stability of the network,the new attack also has a certain impact;each community in China aviation network has some points with betweenness,from a certain extent,it can prove that there are key airports in the network,in the usual focus on the protection of these key airports.Therefore,in order to improve the survivability of the network in the natural disasters,man-made attack,we must strengthen the hub airport and its alternate airports construction.The main work of this paper is to use the complex network knowledge to analyze the Chinese aviation network,to provide recommendations for optimizing aeronautical network lines. |
