This paper selects the Nanjishan wetland nature protection area as the study area.The area south of Miscanthus sacchariflorus community?Carex community and Phragmites australis community 3 typical vegetation diversity analysis.Experimental test under typical vegetation surface soil organic matter,available phosphorus and nitrogen content.The multiple methods use to analyze the typical research area,which provided vegetation the content of soil nutrient analysis.At the same time,the ENVI and Arcgis vegetation in the area of remote sensing Landsat were used to image processing software,which provided basic data for the ecological protection and development of the Nanjishan wetland.in the study area between high water and low water periods in many years.Research results show those:Based on remote sensing image of Nature Reserve in the Nanjishan Wetland for many years.The classification of vegetation and non vegetation area selected abundant water in each of the 7 groups.Get the measure of vegetation area in wet periods and dry periods.The results showed that the vegetation area in the study area was very large.Wet periods and dry periods of vegetation in the area have obvious differences,The dry season plant area of the overall downward trend,the wet period there is an upward trend overall.The vegetations had be changed in dry season Nanjishan wetland in the main distribution area for many years.According to diversity analysis of typical vegetation.In general,the more of plants,the greater the richness and diversity index value.Three kinds of typical vegetation richness are as follows:Reed Community > Miscanthus sacchariflorus community > Sedge communities.The three Shannon-Wiener indexs,the diversity index(H)is as follows: Reed >Miscanthus sacchariflorus > Sedge;the evenness index(U)is as follows: Miscanthus sacchariflorus > Reed > Sedge;the dominance index(D)is as follows: Sedge > Reed > Miscanthus sacchariflorus.Sedge communities in 3 typical vegetation is the absolute dominant species.There are obvious differences between the 3 kinds of typical vegetation.The Nanjishan wetland has good ecological health.Under typical vegetation soil nutrient test results : the organic matter content is 9 ~ 17g/kg;the effective nitrogen content is 6 ~ 16mg/kg;the effective phosphorus content is 13 ~ 22mg/kg.There was a difference in the content of 3 kinds of soil nutrients under different vegetation.The sort of organic matter content : Sedge communities > Miscanthus sacchariflorus community > Reed Community;the sort of available nitrogen content: Reed Community > Miscanthus sacchariflorus community > Sedge communities;The sort of available phosphorus content: Reed Community > Miscanthus sacchariflorus community > Sedge communities.There was a significant difference in nutrient content in the surface soil under different vegetation,and there was a close relationship between the nutrient content in the surface soil,the vegetation types on the surface.There is a significant correlation between the 3 kinds of soil nutrients,between the organic matter and available nitrogen were significantly negatively correlated;there is a significant positive correlation between organic matter and available phosphorus.Between available nitrogen and available phosphorus have a significant negative correlation.
