Wind tunnel,is a device that using air driving a controllable simulated atmospheric conditions for various kinds of pneumatic experiment which is designed in a certain requirements of pipe.It is one of the main experimental apparatus experimental aerodynamics.FL-1 wind tunnel is a hypersonic wind tunnel,in the past we used the nozzles from 0 to 6,and we had the experiment ability of the Maher number form 0.4 to 3.0.With the development of aeronautic technology,FL-1 tunnel can satisfy the need of various types of experiment.We used kinds of new technology,including advanced computer,programmable controller,homemade system software and network communication technology.We designed controller,homemade system software and network communication technology.We designed control system and remote monitoring system.In this paper the author discussed hardware and software,researched the control algorithm of the flow,wrote PC monitoring software,ensure the system has stabile and dependable results.In the flow control system,in order to realizing the effective control of thetotal pressure,we designed control system based on the theory of fuzzy PID.The fuzzy system and the traditional PID control are combined in this.This paper describes the control principle including the pressure regulating valve,the diffuser and the ejector,narrates the design scheme of control system.It realizes short range control of hypogynous mashine and long distance control of epigynous machine.The host computer communicate with the other equipment of the pressure regulating valve,the ejector,the diffuser by fieldbus,the host computer sends a command,the equipment complete the command signal sent by the host computer,and executive the realtime feedback current mechanism implementation,to ensure the closed loop control.At the same time,we developed the system software based on flow control system,the software is based on VB 6.0 language,it has friendly user interface,it also has multimenu multi and multi function,it can also adjust the realtime monitoring of the process of flow field.With the completion of the project,the FL-1 wind tunnel has the experiment ability of the Maher number from 3.25 to 4.0.it has the ability to undertake more types of tasks,it also has stronger competition ability in the same kind of wind tunnel.
