The vast ocean contains rich resources.With the development of the world economy,the exploitation of marine resources is becoming more and more intensive.The development and utilization of marine resources tend to deep sea from offshore gradually.As an important ocean monitoring equipment and observing station,marine buoy can play its unique role in the field of marine environmental monitoring,It can monitor the marine environment regularly,fixedly and continuously,and it also transmit the monitoring data to relevant departments in time.Our country has 18,000 km coastlines,with the implementation of the "Marine Power" and other strategies,there is an urgent need for marine monitoring buoy station along the china's southeast coast,that a marine buoy which can work in the deep sea stably.In order to design a new wave piercing buoy,the most commonly used types and characteristics of ocean buoys are summarized.Based on the reviews of introduction,the main contents in this paper are as follows:(1)Compare the Morison formula and three-dimensional potential theory,the hydrodynamic of the wave piercing buoy is analyzed according to the three-dimensional potential flow theory.The main results are as follows:the response amplitude operator(RAO),exciting force,additional mass,and radiation damping at different frequencies and angels wave.(2)Deducing the catenary equation,and using the catenary equation and the piecewise extrapolating method to analyze the static characteristics of the buoy mooring cable.Analyze the influence factors of the internal tension force of the mooring cable,and also calculate the dynamic characteristics of the mooring cable.(3)The hydrodynamic coefficients obtained from frequency domain calculation are transformed into the time domain according to the commuins pulse theory,and establish the coupled equations of the buoy system.Determine the meteorological conditions of the sea where the buoy located.Simulate the time response of the buoy system,including the motion time history of the buoy system,the force time history of the buoy system,and the intension force time history of the mooring line.The results show that the wave piercing buoy has good hydrodynamic performance.This structure can keep the inherent motion period of the buoy away from the wave main energy frequency,and the motion of each direction can also keep in a small range.At the same time,the simulation results show that the internal tension of the cable is much smaller than that of the segmented material,which proves that the mooring performance of the wavy buoy system is excellent.
