Floods is one of the most common natural disasters in China.Due to global climate change,in recent years,floods caused by typhoon storms happens frequently,especially in the plain.To improve the efficiency and accuracy of the flood forecast,it is urgent to construct a set of complete,efficient and operational flood forecasting and analysis technology system for the water network in plainFlood disaster in plain is mainly caused by the rainstorm that exceeds the carry capacity limit of the water network.According to the mechanism of flood disaster,this paper focuses on the three progressive key factors,including rainfall runoff simulation,submerged analysis based on retention of water,and assessment of flood and waterlogging disaster.Based on the research results carry out the construction of plain water network flood disaster simulation system.The main contents and achievements of this research are as follows:(1)Study on the implement of rainfall runoff generation model in the water network in plain.Including the construction of SWAT hydrological model and the parameter modification of SCS runoff analysis model in the water network in plain.In the process of SCS model construction,Yuyao of Zhejiang Province is taken as the research area,integrated and analysis the soil types and land information of the study area,research on the soil parameters such as soil type coefficient and soil moisture and so on.Complete the construction and modification of the model.Based on the modified runoff model,the runoff of the study area can be well simulated.(2)Based on the results of rainfall runoff simulation model,comprehensive considerate the water retention capacity,water storage capacity and the amount of water outside from the study area.Combined with DEM data,the flooding calculation method based on water retention is studied.And propose a method to evaluate the property loss caused by flood inundation and regional socio-economic data.(3)Construct flood disaster forecast and disaster assessment system of the water network in plain.Based on the above research achievements,developed the flood disaster prediction and disaster assessment system of the plain water network,and the system is applied to predict the flood disaster in Yuyao area.After practice test,the method applied in this research can effectively enhance the flood forecasting assessment and analysis ability in the water network in plain which improves the accuracy and reliability of flood submergence prediction and disaster assessment.The achievement of this paper provide scientific and timely auxiliary decision-making means.
