Evaluation Research On The Rationalization Level Of Marine Industrial Structure In Zheiiang Province

With the rapid development of our national economy in recent years,the over-increasing exploitation of natural resources has aggravated the problems of population,environment pollution and resources shortage.It has become an important constraint factor to sustainable economic development.The economic significance and strategic significance of the ocean as a new resource carrier are very prominent.Developing Marine a major solution to resources exhaustion and environment pollution in our country.Marine Economy brings new boom of economy.Marine economy can lead China into a new stage of economic development,so our country will be included in the national economic development strategy.At the provincial level,the State Council adopted the "Zhejiang Marine Economic Development Demonstration Zone Planning" and "Zhejiang Zhoushan Islands New Area Development Plan",from the perspective of marine power to guide the transformation of marine economy in Zhejiang Province.Zhejiang should seize the opportunity to meet the challenges.With the change of the planning,Zhejiang province will adjust basic its marine industrial structure,use marine resources wisely and develop new way for the sustainable development of Marine economy.The article begins with analyzing the development of marine economy in Zhejiang Province,and make valuable suggestions of the transformation of marine industrial structure.First of all,on the basis of theoretical analysis,the author systematically analyze relevant theories on rationalization of industrial structure and use Literature General method to sort out the benchmarks and methods of evaluating the rationalization of marine industrial structure.On this basis,the article established the benchmark of the rationalization of marine industrial structure,which contains industrial structure,society,economy,resources,environment,technology.Secondly the author select indexes containing traditional industry proportion,similar coefficient of industrial structure,changing range of industrial structure,industrial structure comentropy to preliminarily evaluate the industrial structure.To some extent,Marine industrial structure rationalization degree were analyzed.The author determines the index system of rationalization of marine industrial structure concerning the five factors.The weighting summation evaluation model based on the weight of entropy method,the gray synthetical evaluation model based on AHP and the comprehensive relative potential model are used to analyze the rationalization of marine industrial structure in Zhejiang Province.On this basis,the result shows that the rationalization level of Zhejiang marine industry structure is low,and it is the tenth in the coastal provinces.Finally,this paper analyzes the existing problems of marine industry structure in Zhejiang Province by combining the results of single comprehensive evaluation and combined evaluation,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
